WARRANTY

Return warranty for exhibition items.

Please note that exhibition items cannot be returned. These items are assembled and inspected, so the standard 14-day return right for distance and in-store purchases under Lithuanian law does not apply. We recommend carefully inspecting the item before purchase to ensure it meets your expectations.

The buyer is advised to carefully inspect the exhibition item on-site – check for external defects, assembly quality, and mechanism operation. Any issues must be noted in the purchase documents, as later claims will not be accepted. 

• All products sold by us (unless stated otherwise) are subject to a 14-day return guarantee, calculated from the date of delivery or collection. If you wish to return a product, please contact us and we will agree on the return procedure together.

- Products may be returned in the following cases:

- the received product does not match the product description;

- the product is of inadequate quality.

- If the return is due to inadequate quality or non-compliance with the description, we undertake, at our own expense, to replace the product with one of proper quality or refund the amount paid.

- In cases where the product is sold as defective, the defect specified in the product description cannot be considered a reason for return.

• General retail trade requirements in the Republic of Lithuania are established by the Retail Trade Rules. According to Clause 17 of these rules, the exchange and return of products of proper quality are carried out in accordance with the cases and conditions set out in Article 6.362 of the Civil Code, while Clause 18 provides that the exchange or return of products of inadequate quality is regulated by Articles 6.364¹, 6.364² and 6.364³ of the Civil Code. The return of products purchased under distance or off-premises contracts is governed by Articles 6.228¹⁰ and 6.228¹¹ of the Civil Code.

• The statutory warranty is established in Article 6.364 of the Civil Code.

• Product return conditions:

- when returning a product, the following requirements must be met:

- the product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging;

- the product must be returned with the same комплектation as received at the time of purchase;

- a document confirming the purchase (receipt) must be provided;

- a “Product Return Form” must be completed;

bank transfer fees are not reimbursed and are non-refundable.
