How we take care of our products ?

- Each product is carefully checked before reaching our store to ensure you receive exactly what meets your expectations. We categorize products so it’s clear what you’re buying – and most importantly, each category contains great deals at better prices!

1. New product – completely new, in original packaging, without any cosmetic or packaging defects.

2. New product (damaged packaging) – the product itself is new and undamaged, but the original packaging may have minor external defects. Usually due to repackaging for inspection of the product’s appearance or functionality. This does not affect the product or its performance.

3. Exhibition product – unused item that has been displayed in-store, or has barely visible signs of handling. These minor marks do not affect usage or quality. If present, they are always shown in photos.

4. New product (transport damage) – completely unused, but with minor defects caused during shipping. They do not affect functionality or usability. Photos showing defects are always included.

5. New product (with defect) – product with certain cosmetic or functional flaws but still usable. All noticeable defects are shown in photos so customers can evaluate before purchasing.

6. New product (incomplete set) – completely new and unused, but may lack some accessories, parts, or documentation (e.g., manual, additional part, or decorative item). The main product is fully functional and usable. Great choice for those looking for quality at a lower price without needing all extras.

7. New product (cosmetic damage) – new, unused product, but may have small scratches or cuts on the item or packaging. These defects should not hinder normal use, but photos and description should always be checked.
