1.Privacy Policy
1.1. We respect your right to privacy, therefore your personal data (name, surname, company details, address, phone number, email address, and other information provided in the online store registration form) is collected and processed solely for the following purposes:
1.1.1. to process your product orders;
1.1.2. to issue financial documents (e.g., invoices);
1.1.3. to resolve issues related to product delivery or provision;
1.1.4. to fulfill other contractual obligations;
1.1.5. for direct marketing purposes (only with your consent).
1.2. We ensure that all your data is processed and stored in accordance with the requirements of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other applicable laws regulating personal data protection in Lithuania, applying appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect your data from accidental or unlawful disclosure, destruction, alteration, as well as from unauthorized processing.
1.3. We recommend creating a secure password for use on www.mistermik.lt. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and must not disclose or share it with third parties and must manage it securely.

The following PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING RULES define data management:

2.1. The data controller and operator of the website www.mistermik.lt (hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller) is UAB "RDK LT", company registration No. 307456504, VAT No. LT100019003415, registered at Eduardo Andrė St. 14-5, LT-02232 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania, e-mail: info@mistermik.lt, phone: +370 666 82424. 
2.2. Buyer – a competent natural or legal person who purchases goods in the online store www.mistermik.lt .
2.3. The Personal Data Processing Rules (hereinafter – Rules) regulate the main principles of collecting, processing, and storing personal data, which the Data Controller follows when processing such data.
2.4. Website – the website available at www.mistermik.lt, where customers of UAB "RDK LT" may place orders and provide their consent to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes. 
2.5. Data Subject – a client or visitor of the website whose personal data is processed by the Data Controller for the purposes of e-commerce, direct marketing, inquiry administration, or loyalty program administration.
2.6. Data Processor – a natural or legal person who assists the Data Controller in achieving the specified purposes based on the authority granted to them.
2.7. Personal Data – data relating to a natural person processed by the Data Controller, which allows the identification of the client or website visitor, including, but not limited to: name, surname, email address, phone number, etc.
2.8. Data Processing – any action or set of actions performed with personal data, including collection, recording, accumulation, storage, modification (addition or correction), provision, use, destruction, or other actions.
2.9. Direct Marketing – activities aimed at offering goods or services to individuals, offering promotional discounts, and/or seeking opinions about offered goods or services by mail, phone, or other direct means.
2.10. E-commerce – buying and selling goods or services via the internet.
2.11. Consent – a voluntary action expressed by the Data Subject agreeing to the processing of personal data.
2.12. Supervisory Authority – State Data Protection Inspectorate.

3.GENERAL PROVISIONS
3.1. The processing of the Buyer’s personal data is determined by the Republic of Lithuania Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data and other laws regulating such data collection, as well as these Rules.
3.2. The Data Subject is considered to have read and acknowledged this Privacy Policy when expressing Consent to process their Personal Data.
3.3. Buyer data is collected for defined and lawful purposes and processed fairly and accurately.
3.4. This Privacy Policy is available and printable at any time on the www.mistermik.lt website.

4.PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
4.1. The Buyer agrees that personal data voluntarily provided during order placement will be processed in accordance with these Rules.
4.2. The Buyer has the right to access their personal data and request correction, completion, deletion, or rectification by writing an email to info@mistermik.lt or calling +37066682424. The Data Controller must implement the Buyer’s request promptly (within 1-2 days).
4.3. The Data Controller acknowledges and respects the right to privacy of every Buyer placing an order on www.mistermik.lt . The Data Controller collects and uses the Buyer’s personal data (company name or name and surname, address, phone number, email address, and other information provided during the online order) for processing orders or fulfilling other contractual obligations. The client may give or withhold consent for their personal data to be used for direct marketing purposes by checking the appropriate box (“I consent to my personal data being used for direct marketing purposes”).
4.4. The Data Controller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except for partners providing product delivery or other services necessary for proper fulfillment of the Buyer’s order. In all other cases, the Buyer’s personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
4.5. Personal data is processed using secure means to protect it from unauthorized destruction, disclosure, or other unlawful actions.

5.RISKS AND MEASURES RELATED TO PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION BREACHES
5.1. To ensure proper personal data protection, the Data Controller implements the following organizational and technical measures:
5.2.1. Organizational measures:
5.2.1.1. The Data Controller organizes work procedures to ensure secure handling and, where applicable, transfer of computer data, documents, and archives.
5.2.1.2. Access to the Data Subject’s personal data is granted only to those employees who need it to perform their work functions and who have signed confidentiality agreements and are familiar with other internal procedures concerning personal data processing.
5.2.2. Technical measures:
5.2.2.1. Data Processors (service providers) appointed by the Data Controller act only under the authority of the Data Controller.
5.2.2.2. Personal data is protected against loss, unauthorized use, and modification. Internet connections are encrypted.
5.2.2.3. Computer equipment is protected against malicious software, and internal computer networks are firewalled.

6.TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
6.1. To assess the quality of purchased goods, the client may be contacted by email after order fulfillment and asked to leave feedback. For this purpose, the Buyer’s email may be provided to third parties.
6.2. The Data Controller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except for partners providing product delivery or other services necessary for proper fulfillment of the Buyer’s order. In all other cases, the Buyer’s personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

7.FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1. This Privacy Policy was updated on June 5, 2025, and may be updated as needed.
