• Products are delivered to the specified address within 1–5 business days from order confirmation.
• During holidays and special promotion periods (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday), delivery may be delayed by 2–5 business days due to high courier demand.
• Deliveries are carried out on weekdays (Mon–Fri) from 08:00 to 18:00.
• The day before delivery, an SMS notification is sent regarding the shipment and status update.
• On the day of delivery, the estimated delivery time is sent via SMS with 1-hour accuracy.

How we take care of our products:

- Every product is carefully inspected before entering our store to ensure you receive exactly what meets your expectations. We categorize products so it’s clear what you are buying – and most importantly, each category offers great deals at better prices!

Product conditions:

New product – completely new, in original packaging, without any cosmetic or packaging defects.

New product (with damaged packaging) – the product itself is new and undamaged, but the original packaging may have external defects. Usually due to repackaging to check appearance or functionality. This does not affect the product or its functionality.

Exhibition product – unused product that was displayed in-store or has very minor signs of handling. These small marks do not affect use or quality. If present, they are always shown in the photos.

Product with transport damage – completely unused, but minor defects occurred during shipping. They do not affect functionality or usability. Photos showing the defects are always included.

Product with defect – the item has some appearance or functional flaws but is still usable. All noticeable defects are shown in photos so the customer can assess them before purchase.

New product (incomplete set) – brand new, unused, but may be missing certain accessories, parts, or documentation (e.g., manual, extra part, decorative item). The main product is fully functional and suitable for use. Great choice for those seeking quality items at a lower price without needing all extras.

New product (with scratches or cuts) – brand new, unused, but the item and/or packaging may have minor scratches, cuts, or cosmetic defects. These do not affect functionality – the product works perfectly.
